What Can Be Returned?

  • Defective Items: If your trigger is faulty, let us know within 5 days of receiving it.
  • Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong product, we’ll sort it out.
  • Unopened Items: If you change your mind, unopened items can be returned within 30 days.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Opened Items: Once you’ve opened a product, we can’t accept it back unless it’s defective.
  • Custom Parts: Custom-made items are non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: Discounts are great, but they often come with final sale terms.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via email or phone within the specified return period.
  2. Get an RMA: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item with the RMA number included.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the item to our return address in Ohio.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it.
  • If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We may charge a restocking fee for returns that aren’t due to our error.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Keep all original packaging if you think you might return an item.
